Chris Kibler, Cross Country

Senior Chris Kibler (Bath, Maine/Morse) collects his second Soaring Falcon honor of the season after posting a strong weekend for the men's cross country squad.

Kibler earned his second consecutive MASCAC Runner of the Week honor after leading the Fitchburg State men’s cross country team at the UMass Dartmouth Shiners’ Invitational this past weekend. At the meet, Kibler posted a 14th place individual finish in a field of 255 participants. The senior captain completed the 8K layout in 25:21, giving Fitchburg State a 12th place team finish overall.

The Fitchburg State men’s and women’s cross country teams travel to the Worcester City Meet this Saturday at 11 a.m.
