2015: MASCAC Women's Cross Country Sportsmanship Team. Registered a sesaon best 5K time of 21:56 and a 6K time of 26:17 at the 2015 NCAA DIII NE Regional Championships.

2014: Notched a seasons best 5K at 23:09.4, and ran the 6K at 27:24.2 at the ECAC DIII Championship.

High School: 2014 graduate of Whitman-Hanson High School. Three-sport athlete, lettering in cross country, swimming and spring track. Earned the cross country Coaches Award, while also being named team captain during senior season. Awarded team's Unspoken Hero Award in swimming.

Personal: Born June 3, 1996 in Hanson, Mass. Daughter of Tim and Patty Ryan. Majoring in Mathematics at the University. Also a member of the indoor and outdoor track teams.
