Emily Swan is in her second season as an assistant coach for theFitchburg State Woman’s lacrosse team.

Emily is a 2010 graduate from Fitchburg state who helpedpioneered the lacrosse program in 2007 as a clubteam.  She served as a four-year captain to the team, andcompiled 200 points in her three years of varsitycompetition.  She currently holds the program record forcareer assists with 105, and the NCAA record for the fastest goalat the start of a game in division three lacrosse.  Shealso was a four-year member of the woman’s soccer team andcurrently holds the record for the most wins as a goalkeeper.

Earlier in her coaching career, Emily served as the HeadWoman’s Lacrosse Coach at the Bancroft School in Worcester,Massachusetts.  She comes from a strong familyfalcon alumni and currently teaches English at Wachusett RegionalHigh School.  She also coaches soccer at WachusettRegional High School and is in the process of completing herMasters in the Arts of Teaching English at the university.
