Leigh Trzcinski is in her second season as an assistant coach of the Fitchburg State softball team.

Trzcinski, a 2010 graduate of Fitchburg State University, was a four-year member of the Falcons softball team. In a solid senior season, Leigh batted .434, with 49 hits, nine doubles, and five triples, en-route to becoming the program's all-time career hits leader with a total of 156.

For her efforts, Leigh was named to the Massacusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) All-Conference first team, as well as receiving the Fitchburg State Athletic department female leadership award.

In 2008, Trzcinski served as an assistant softball coach at the Bay State Games, while in 2010 she served as head coach for the Highland High School (Marengo, Ohio) Junior Varsity team before being named an assistant coach of the varsity team in 2011.
