Bio
Sean Gaffney is in his third season as an assistant coach of the Fitchburg State football team. He will work primarily with the defensive lineman.
Gaffney, a 2012 graduate of Endicott College, was a four year starter as an offensive tackle. As a junior, Gaffney helped lead the Endicott football program to its first-ever, NCAA playoff berth, earning a top-five, New-England ranking over the 2010 campaign. As a senior Endicott set a school record for wins with ten, earning a berth in the ECAC playoffs.
For his efforts, Gaffney was named to the 2010 NEFC All-Conference second team, while earning second team hononrs during his senior campaign (2011).
